(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Sunday, March 2, 2014 at approximately 12:54 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an altercation between two males at a residence on Wilson Drive in the Township of Georgian Bluffs, resulting in one male going to hospital.
The 18 year old victim, from South Bruce Peninsula, was taken to hospital after being struck in the face, rendering him temporarily unconscious. He was treated for non-life threatening injuries and released.
The victim and the accused are known to each other. Alcohol was a factor.
Jesse MOORE, 19, of Georgian Bluffs, was charged with ASSAULT CAUSE BODILY HARM .
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, April 10, 2014.
