(South Dundas) – On 05Mar2014, at approximately 10:30pm, SD&G OPP officers had occasion to conduct a traffic stop on County Road 18, South Dundas Township.
The stop revealed that the 69yr old male driver (Dennis CASSELMAN of South Dundas) was operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
He was arrested and faces charges of:
– Driving While Ability Impaired
– Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood
He is scheduled to appear 01Apr14 in Morrisburg court.
