(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 28 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Rhineland Road, North Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, March 8, 2014, at approximately 3:24 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Rhineland Road, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 28 year old David John Patrick WAGNER of Norfolk County, Ontario with Driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
