(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On March 7, 2014 at approximately 10:00 p.m. members of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an unwanted person at a drinking establishment in the Town of Parry Sound. The male had been removed from the bar and continued to harass customers outside.
Lawrence PULLEN, 70 years of age from Sundridge, was charged with 2 counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC) and with Fail to Leave the Premises When Directed contrary to the Trespass to Property Act (TPA).
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Parry Sound on April 8, 2014 to answer to his charges.
