(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On March 10, 2014 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call on Dunmanus Drive in Selwyn Township, in response to an act of mischief.
On arrival the officer observed that 11 solar lights, which lined the front of the property, had been damaged.
