(EMBRUN , ON) – On March 11, 2014 at approximately 12:33 pm Russell County officers of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a 33 year-old male threatening to harm himself.
At 6:35pm, the man left the residence and turned himself over to police. He was apprehended under the Mental Health Act.
The OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU), Emergency Response Team (ERT) and OPP Negotiators assisted the Russell County OPP detachment.
