(BROCKVILLE , ON) – On March 12, 2014 at approximately 12:00pm, an officer just completed an collision investigation on Highway 29, near New Dublin.
As the officer left the investigation scene, he attempted to turn around, to head south bound on Highway 29. As he made his turn, the marked police vehicle he was driving was struck by a south‎ bound vehicle.
Constable Chris Trower, 33, was charged with Start From Stop Position Not In Safety contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
