As a result of the investigation 25 year old Andrew SMITH of Peterborough was arrested and charged with Having Over 80 mgs. of Alcohol in a 100 mls. of Blood.
SMITH was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on May 1, 2014
