OPP EXECUTE DRUG SEARCH WARRANT

(TRENT HILLS, ON) – Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) assisting the OPP Central East Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) at a residence in Trent Hills, Ontario executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act (CDSA) search warrant where three males and a female have been charged with production of cannabis resin.

On Tuesday March 11, 2014 OPP executed at CDSA search warrant at a property in Trent Hills where they located 2.26 kilograms of marihuana that was in the process of being converted into cannabis resin, commonly known as hash oil. Since the marihuana seized had not completed the conversion process, it is undetermined the exact street value however, one gram of hash oil may sell for $15-20.

Jeffrey Percy FLEMIING, 35 from Central Hasting has been charged with production of a schedule ll substance – cannabis resin under the CDSA and failing to comply with recognizance under the Criminal Code. He was held for a bail hearing on March 13, 2014.

Robert Stephen SCHOENMAKER, 53; Wendy L SCHOENMAKER, 51 and Stephen Jan SCHOENMAKER, 29 of Havelock, Ontario have been charged with one count of production of a schedule ll substance – cannabis resin under the CDSA. All three accused were summonsed to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 in Brighton.
