(NAPANEE, ON) – On March 20th, 2014, officers with the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at an apartment on Thomas Street West in the Town of Greater Napanee.
Police seized 25 marihuana plants and two sets of digital scales. The estimated street value of the seizure is over $5,000.
Charged with Production of a Controlled Substance is 31 year-old Adam HAYES of Napanee.
HAYES was released on a Promise to Appear before an Officer in Charge and is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on May 6th.
