(NAPANEE, ON)- The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Napanee Crime Unit have charged a male in relation to two protests that occurred in March in Tyendinaga Township.
On March 22 police arrested John BOOTS 43 of Akwesasne First Nation and charged him with 2 counts of mischief. He was remanded in custody to appear in bail court in the Ontario Court of Justice, Napanee on March 24, 2014.
The investigation is continuing. Further charges may be laid.
