(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) – On March 22, 2014 at approximately 7:16 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated the driver of a 2007 Hyundai for a driving offence on Main Street in the Town of Erin.
Upon speaking with the male driver, police detected an odour of marihuana coming from the inside of the motor vehicle. Marihuana was seized and the driver was arrested.
Aaron COLLINS age 34 of Minden has be charged with Possession of Marihuana – Over 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on April 29, 2014 to answer to the charge.
