(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On March 23, 2014 at approximately 12:25 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Jones Baseline in Wellington North Township.
Police located a 2008 Dodge Ram pick-up truck in that area that matched the description given by witnesses. Upon speaking with the male driver, police detected a strong odour of freshly burnt marihuana coming from the inside of the motor vehicle. A quantity of marihuana was seized and the driver was arrested.
Adam FRIGAULT age 32 of Minden has be charged with Possession of Marihuana – Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on April 29, 2014 to answer to the charge.
