(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were dispatched to a possible impaired driver that was travelling westbound on the 403 Highway.
At approximately 4:23 a.m. Saturday March 22nd, 2014, an officer located the vehicle at the 403 Highway and Wayne Gretzky Parkway. The officer stopped the 2011 grey Mazda Tribute and while talking to the driver he could smell alcohol. The male driver of the vehicle was given the Roadside Screening Test and as a result, he was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Janko CVIJANOVIC 31 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following Criminal charge
Fail or Refuse to Provide Breath Sample
The accused is schedule to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on April 25th, 2014 to answer to the charges.
