(Bonnechere Valley Township, ON) On March 17, 2014 at approximately 3:00am Provincial Constable Crystal Pearce was on general patrol on Crooked Rapids Road. The investigation led to Cody Murphy, 18 years of age of North Algona Wilberforce Township being charged with Over 80mg of alcohol contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada. MURPHY is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on April 9, 2014.
(South Algonquin Township, ON) On March 20, 2014 at approximately 11:00pm Provincial Constable Jordan Bullis and Provincial Constable Phil Regamey were on general patrol Algonquin Crescent and conducted a motor vehicle stop. Thomas Luksas, 49 years of age of Whitney was charged with Over 80mg of alcohol contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada. LUKSAS is scheduled to appear in Killaloe court on May 7, 2014.
