(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were called to a possible impaired driver on Brant Road 54, County of Brant, Ontario.
At approximately 8:15 p.m. Friday March 28th, 2014, Haldimand County officers attended Brant Road 54 near Onondaga Road and located a grey Nissan and a male driver. While the officer was talking to the driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer tests.
Michael HARRIS 36 years of age, from Haldimand County is facing the following Criminal charges
Care and Control While Impaired
Care and Control over 80 milligrams Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is schedule to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on April 25th, 2014 to answer to the charges.
