(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON)- On Friday April 4, 2014 at 2:26 a.m. police observed a speeding motor vehicle traveling southbound on Richmond Street at Ilderton Road, Middlesex Centre. At the time police located the vehicle travelling at 65km/h over the posted speed limit. As a result of an investigation police have charged the driver Zhengyang PAN, age 19 of London, ON under the Stunt Driving Legislation. The drivers licence was seized and the vehicle impounded for a period of seven days. The driver was released from police custody by way of a Summons and is scheduled to appear in a London Provincial Offences Court at a later date to speak to the charges.
