(WINDSOR, ON) -Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with members of the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) set up a truck inspection site on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at the Windsor Raceway.
Officers stopped a commercial motor vehicle for a safety inspection on Ojibway Parkway in the City of Windsor at approximately 2:15 p.m.
Officers noted signs of impairment on the driver of the motor vehicle and issued a Roadside Screening Device demand, which the driver failed.
He was subsequently arrested and charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content.
Shane DUMOUCHELLE, age 37 of Windsor will appear in a Windsor court on April 22, 2014.
