(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On April 11, 2014, just before 12:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped an Audi car on Highway 401 westbound near Harwich Road.
Subsequent OPP traffic investigation at roadside led to the seizure of a small amount of suspected marihuana. A 28 year old male, Daniel GYURICZA, from Woodstock, ON, has been charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana, under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He will appear in a Chatham court on May 29, 2014, to answer to the charge.
