(MARATHON ON) -On Thursday April 3rd, 2014, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Marathon conducted a traffic stop on Peninsula Rd in Marathon. The subsequent investigation led to a charge under the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act for the male driver.
Brandon F. A. TESSIER, age 19, from Terrace Bay, ON is charged with:
Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking, Section 5(2).
The male was arrested, charged and released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in Marathon for the 15th of May to speak to the charges.
