(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On April 20, 2014 at approximately 8:46 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a disturbance on Highland Road, Fergus. During the investigation, it was revealed that threats were made by a male to an acquaintance and a window was damaged. The male was located and arrested.
Wayne BROWN age 33 of Fergus is charged with Mischief under $5000, and Utter Threats contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on June 3, 2014 to answer the charges.
