(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On April 27, 2014 officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) established a RIDE check program at the intersection of Colborne Street and Water Street in Fenelon Falls.
As a vehicle entered into the RIDE check program an officer approached and observed drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. As a result of the investigation, the driver, Dylan MC MANUS, 20 years of age, of Verulam Township, was charged with possession of marihuana, under 30 grams.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on May 29, 2014.
