(Tweed, ON) – On April 25, 2014 at 8:50 p.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P received a complaint of a domestic dispute in the Municipality of Tweed. The investigation revealed that during an argument, a female was slapped by her common law spouse. As a result a 59 year old Marlbank, ON man was arrested and charged with Assault. He will appear in Ontario Court of Justice, Belleville on May 26, 2014.
