(Goderich, ON) – On May 18, 2011 at approximately 8:30 pm, Huron OPP officers were called to the Shoppers Drug Mart in Goderich in response to a male who had attended the pharmacy and attempted to get an altered prescription for narcotics filled. The suspect had changed the dosage on a legitimate prescription.
Officers arrived and the male was arrested for Uttering a Forged document. It was also found that the male was breaching previous release conditions. As a result, he was held in police custody pending a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on May 18, 2011. He is facing one count of Utter Forged Document and one count of Breach Recognizance. LP11130496
