(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Thursday night June 02, 2011 around11:30 p.m., an OPP officer on patrol on Perth Road 107 north of Shakespeare observed a car being driven erratically. The vehicle was pulled over and the male driver displayed signs of impairment. The male was arrested and transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where he failed the Intoxilyzer breath tests.
Johan Wiebe (20) of Wallenstein-Peel Twp. has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and with operating a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs. of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He is set to appear in Stratford Provincial Court on July 04, 2011
