(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Saturday morning June 04, 2011 at about 4 a.m. a vehicle was locked in on radar on Perth Line 86 east of Listowel, travelling at almost twice the legal limit.
A Cadillac, operated by a 56 year old male from Waterloo registered a speed of 156 km/h in an 80 km/h zone. The male’s driver’s licence was seized and has been suspended for 7 days. His Cadillac was towed and has been impounded for a week.
The male has been summonsed to court for a July 26th appearance in order to answer the racing charge.
