(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Friday, June 27, 2014 at approximately 10:40 p.m., members of Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) seized a part can and 15 full cans of beer from a vehicle during a R.I.D.E. program on Toronto Street, North, Markdale in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
The passenger in the vehicle, Michael BOHUSZ, 29, of the Township of Chatsworth, was charged having liquor in an open container in other than licenced premises, residence or private place under the Liquor Licence Act.
