(ENGLEHART, ON) Members of the Englehart Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were on patrol when they received a traffic complaint of aggressive driving on Highway 11, Englehart.
On June 22, 2014 at approximately 3:45 p.m. police located the south bound suspect tractor trailer unit driving in the same manner as reported.
Through investigation, Suren KHIZHUIIAEV 37, of Aurora is charged for following to close – section 158(2) of the Highway Traffic Act.
