(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer was on patrol in the Town of Paris, in the County of Brant.
At approximately 3:43 a.m. Tuesday July 1st, 2014, the officer stopped a white older model Chevrolet van. While the officer was talking to the male driver, he could smell the odour of alcohol. The male driver was given the Roadside Screening Test and as a result he was taken to the Brantford City Police Service for Intoxilyzer Tests.
John BARKER 28 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following criminal charges
Drive over 80 milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content
Fail to Comply with Recognizance
The accused is currently before the courts.
