(CALEDON, ON)- On June 26th, 2014 shortly after 3:50 pm, an officer from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on patrol in the area of Regional Road 50 and Hopcroft Road when he observed a gray Pontiac Sunfire with a licence plate affixed to the motor vehicle with only one screw. The officer conducted a vehicle stop and learned that the attached plate had been reported stolen to the Caledon Detachment in December 2013.
In conclusion, Tyler Alexander, 25, of Caledon was arrested and charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
He was released and is scheduled to make an appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on August 21, 2014.
