(TOWN OF NEW TECUMETH)- On July 4, 2014 at 7:29 pm, the Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint that originated northbound on Provincial Highway 400 and came into the Nottawasaga OPP’s area along the 8th Line ending in the Town of Beeton.
Nottawasaga OPP located the driver and vehicle parked on Centre and Prospect Streets in the Town of New Tecumseth.
Police began their investigation, and determined by the use of a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) that the 51 year old male from North York, ON was impaired.
Charged is Gabriele GARBIN with one count of Care and Control while Impaired by Drug. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford, Ontario on July 24, 2014.
