(CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On July 7th, 2014 at approximately 1:30 a.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police while conducting an R.I.D.E. check stop on County Road #42 at Beech Street in the Town of Stayner stopped a southbound motor vehicle in which a strong odour of Cannabis Marihuana was emanating from.
A further Police check revealed that the driver of this motor vehicle was in possession of a quantity of Cannabis Marihuana.
Charged with “Possession of a Schedule II – Cannabis Marihuana†is George P. CHLUP 32 years old from Clearview Twp., Ontario. First appearance is August 26th, 2014 in Collingwood court.
