(TOWN OF FERGUS, ON) – On July 13, 2014 at approximately 3:16 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a male party leaving an address on St. Andrews Street West in the Town of Fergus that they knew to be wanted on an outstanding warrant.
The male was searched subsequent to his arrest and a small quantity of Marihuana and drug paraphernalia were seized.
James WOOD aged 27 of the Town of Fergus has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on August 29, 2014 to answer to the charge. He was transported to Listowel OPP to be processed in regards to the warrant.
