(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged two 26 year old males after police were called to a Cedar Drive Turkey Point, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, July 13, 2014 at approximately 9:33 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen about a vehicle on Cedar Drive. As a result, members of the West Region Highway Enforcement Team located the vehicle and through investigation arrested the driver and passenger.
Charged with the following offences is 26 year old Mateusz SZAPIEL of London, Ontario.
Refuse to provide breath sample
Fail to comply with conditions of undertaking
Possession of Cocaine
Charged with the following offences is 26 year old Kacper BRZOZOWSKI of Middlesex Centre Twp, Ontario.
Possession of Cocaine
Fail to comply with recognizance X2
Personation
Obstruct peace officer
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
