(LAKESHORE, ON) On Tuesday, July 15, 2014, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers from Essex County, executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Second Street in Lakeshore, Ontario.
Officers located a quantity of marihuana, Oxy-Contin pills, digital scales, packaging materials and other paraphernalia associated to marihuana sales and consumption. Police also seized a small quantity of Canadian currency as evidence of the offence.
Dustin GERNER, age 22 and Victoria VIGNEAUX, age 20 of Lakeshore, ON; together with, Timothy LEDUC, age 28 of Montreal, QC were arrested at the scene and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of a Schedule I Substance. All three parties were also found to be in breach of various implemented conditions of release from previous offences. All three parties were held in custody pending a bail hearing.
