(LEAMINGTON, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington responded to a break and enter to a greenhouse complex on Essex County Road 18, on three separate occasions in July, 2014.
Video surveillance at the complex was used to assist in identifying the suspect.
Nicholas BELEUTZ, age 32 of Leamington was arrested and charged with the following offences:
Break and Enter
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Drive While Disqualified x 8
He was held for a bail hearing.
