(North Glengarry) – On July 29th, 2014 at approximately 1:30am, an SD&G OPP officer intercepted a vehicle containing four (4) adult male occupants for speeding on Highway 417, North Glengarry Township. The stop resulted in the seizure of a small quantity of suspected marihuana.
The driver, Vincent LAI (19) of Montreal, Quebec and passengers Gregory MAZUR (20) of Saint-Leonard, Quebec; Alexis PLOURDE-DESJARLAIS (19) of Montreal, Quebec and Kevin RUKUNDO-UWIZERA (19) of Montreal, Quebec were all arrested and each charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance
All were released and scheduled to appear in Alexandria court on September 3rd, 2014.
