(PEMBROKE, ON) – On 25th of July 2014, members of the O.P.P. Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) – Project Paradigm, Members of the Upper Ottawa Valley O.P.P. and the O.P.P. Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a residence in the City of Pembroke resulting in the seizure of cannabis marihuana, prohibited weapons and over $3000.
As a result,
Aaron SACK, 23, is charged with:
Possession for the purpose of trafficking cannabis marihuana,
Possession over 30g cannabis marihuana,
4 counts of Breach of Probation order,
2 counts of Possession of prohibited weapons and
Failing to comply with a weapons prohibition order,
He was remanded into custody in the Ontario Court of Justice Pembroke.
Ashley BOURGON, 26, is charged with:
Possession for the purpose of trafficking cannabis marihuana,
Possession over 30g cannabis marihuana,
3 counts of Breach of Probation order,
2 counts of Possession of prohibited weapons,
She appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice, Pembroke and released on a recognizance of bail.
