(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have arrested and charged a 22 year old female and 26 year old female after police responded to a call from an alert homeowner at a Western Avenue, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, August 3, 2014 at approximately 3:09 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen after observing an unknown female enter a vehicle parked in the parking lot. Police were also informed about another suspicious female that was located in close proximity in a grey coloured vehicle.
Through the course of investigation, police arrested and charged two females and recovered a stolen vehicle along with a large amount of stolen property and drugs.
Charged with the following offences is 22 year old Destiny Desiree Natalie WILSON of London, Ontario.
Possession of break-in instruments
Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
Possession of Methamphetamine
Possession of Temazepam for the purpose of trafficking
Possession of Tetrahydrocannabinol pills
Possession of Marihuana
Fail to comply with Recognizance X3
Charged with the following offences is 26 year old Melissa Maye BROWN of London, Ontario.
Possession of break in instruments
Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000
Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
Attempt theft of motor vehicle
Possession of Marihuana
Possession of Methamphetamine
Possession of Temazepam for the purpose of trafficking
Fail to comply with probation order
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
