James GREGORY – Drunk Driving

(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 2, 2014 at approximately 1:00 p.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) initiated a R.I.D.E. program on Conservation Road, Guelph-Eramosa Township

Officers spoke with the male driver of a 2000 Toyota and believed that he had consumed alcohol. A Roadside Screening Device test was done which resulted in a fail. He was transported to a local Operations Centre for testing.

The Administrative Drivers’ Licence Suspension (ADLS) program was initiated and his motor vehicle impounded for seven days.

James GREGORY age 52 of North York has been charged with Over 80, and Drive While Disqualified contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on August 26, 2014 to answer to the charge.
