(NORTH BAY, ON) – On August 2, 2014 at approximately 4:13 a.m., a member of the North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch on Highway 17, North Bay.
As a result of an investigation Todd ALLEN, age 34, of Hamilton was charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood, section 253(1)(b) and Driving While Ability Impaired, section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from custody and is required to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on August 12, 2014.
