(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 2, 2014 at approximately 11:15 a.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer investigated a 1998 Chevrolet pickup truck travelling on Wellington Road 86 near Wellington Road 30, Guelph-Eramosa Township for a violation under the Highway Traffic Act. During the investigation, the officer seized suspected marihuana.
Jesse GIBSON age 20 of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Marihuana contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 9, 2014 to answer to the charge.
