(INGERSOLL, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a home invasion robbery which occurred in the Town of Ingersoll on July 29, 2014. At approximately 6:00 a.m., OPP were called to a residence on Cherry Street to a report of a home invasion robbery which had just occurred.
As a result of investigation two arrests have been made and several charges laid.
Justin SHARPE, 27 years old of Norwich was charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Robbery with Violence
Disguise with Intent
Fail to Comply with Probation Order (2 counts)
Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
William TURNER, 25 years old of London was charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Robbery with Violence
Disguise with Intent
Fail to Comply with Probation Order (2 counts)
Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
Both males are being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
