(FORT FRANCES, ON) – Shortly before 12:30 pm on August 6, 2014, members of the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were dispatched to a sudden death at a Mosher Avenue Address in Fort Frances.
A 69 year old Fort Frances male was pronounced deceased after being transported to Lavernedrye General Hospital.
The Rainy River District Crime Unit along with a detachment Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO) attended the scene to assist with the investigation.
The Ontario Ministry of Labour (MOL) has been notified and is currently determining whether a lateral investigation will be conducted.
Foul play is not suspected.
