(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) -On August 11, 2014 at approximately 9:25 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call regarding an industrial accident that occurred at an industrial equipment rental business on Winer Road, Puslinch Township. A 47 year old male from Acton was attempting to load equipment with a fork lift onto a trailer when the accident occurred.
The victim was transported to a local hospital by ambulance where he died from his injuries. Police are attempting to notify the next of kin and will release further information when it becomes available.
OPP officers, Puslinch Fire and Rescue Services and Guelph-Wellington Emergency Medical Services (EMS) attended the scene.
The Ministry of Labour continues to investigate the cause of the accident.
