(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Saturday, August 9, 2014, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the Bluewater Youth and Adult Facility located on Concession 5A in the Township of Chatsworth to investigate a theft report.
Julio BATALHA, age 25, who was bound by a court order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, and not to possess any weapons, was arrested and held for a bail hearing after he was discovered in the employee staff room in possession of stolen property, including a small knife.
He was charged with theft under $5000 and two counts of breach of recognizance.
