(BRANT COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Brant County Detachment has charged a 64 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a King Edward Street, Brant County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, August 16, 2014, at approximately 1:41 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of King Edward Street and Governors Road West, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 64 year old Malcolm Roy KING of Hamilton, Ontario with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, operate a motor vehicle without insurance and use plates not authorized for motor vehicle.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Brantford, Ontario at a later date to answer to the charges.
