On August 23, 2014 at approximately 11:50 pm the Chatham Kent Police attended in the area of Hydro One on Charing Cross Road, Chatham after they received information of suspicious persons around the property. Upon arrival they located 2 male parties who were allegedly removing copper wire from the property. As a result of this investigation two Chatham men ages 32 and 35 respectively were arrested and charged with break and Enter and Theft Under $5000. One of the males will appear in bail court this morning while his co-accused was released with a future court date.
