On August 23, 2014 at approximately 10:43 pm the Chatham Kent Police attended in the area of Ebenezer Street, Ridgetown after receiving a report of a young person in the area who was breaching a probation order. Upon arrival the accused was located hiding behind a bush and was apprehended by police. Police investigation revealed that the accused was in fact breaching 4 probation conditions. As a result a 15 year old youth with no fixed address was transported to police headquarters where he was held in custody awaiting a court appearance this morning.
