On the 24th of August 2014 a 28 year old man from Duart was arrested for a break and enter and later released with a future court date. His release was also conditional on him obeying several conditions. The next day, on August 25th 2014 at around 1:00 a.m. Chatham-Kent Police found the same male on St. Clair Street in Chatham violating his release conditions. As a result the suspect was again arrested and was transported to HQ for a Bail Hearing. The suspect now faces an additional charge of Fail to comply with recognizance under the criminal code.
